25 years servicing NSW Central Coast business and home office computer needs. As an IT consultant and contractor, I provide on-site IT support across Australia and New Zealand, specialising in servicing FMC companies with approximately 80 staff. My responsibilities include hardware replacements, server maintenance, asset management, and troubleshooting various IT issues using ServiceNOW. Additionally, I offer consulting services to both business and home users, resolving system failures, backup issues, and security concerns. I also provide remote IT support and contract services for companies such as Geeks2U and Mobile Geeks, helping clients with system installations, device configurations, and general IT troubleshooting.
